Red peppers jam

Lemons scrub and brush, rinse in hot water, drain, wipe the crust and set aside, covered, so as not to dry. From the fruit squeeze the juice. Wash peppers, dry, clean seed slot and white fiber and then mix. To ground paprika add sugar, a pinch of salt and 1/3 cup of water. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir. Then add the lemon juice. Stir and continue to simmer until the mixture thickens. Cloves pestle in a mortar. Shortly before the end of cooking add the spices and lemon peel. Put it in jars and pasteurized for about 15 minutes.
- 1.25 kg red peppers
- 2 lemons
- 1 kg of sugar
- 3 cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt
