Toasted peppers salad

Peppers divide into quarters and remove the seat, put on a baking sheet - skin up. Bake until the crust browned and skin starts to stand out. Remove from the oven and let cool enough to be able to remove the skin. Every extra piece of pepper cut in half and place on plate. Mix olive oil with garlic, salt, pepper, and pour on the pepper.
- 2 large red pepper pods
- 2 large yellow pepper pods
- 2 large green bell pepper pods
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- Salt
- Ground pepper
