Cookies with Wild Strawberry Preserve

Preheat the oven to 170C. Combine Four, butter, sour cream, vanilla sugar and form the dough. Roll it out, form cookies and fill them with Wild Strawberry Preserve. Line your baking tray with parchment paper and put the cookies on the tray. Grease them with egg yolk on the top, and sprinkle them with brown sugar for the extra texture and flavor. Bake at 170C for approx. 20min.

Wild Strawberry Preseve You will find on:
2-3 jars of Wild Strawberry Preserve
3 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sour cream 18%-20%
1 cube of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon brownsugar (optionally)
