Kulish (a Sort of Soup with Millet)

Cut pork ribs into small pieces and cook broth.
Bring to a boil.
Wash millet with cold water for several times.
When the broth begins to boil, add the millet and cook until readiness.
Add onions sautéed in pork fat, salt and spices and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes before the millet has fully cooked.

  • millet - 249 gr.
  • carrots - 40 gr.
  • onions - 140 gr.
  • salo (lard) - 60 gr.
  • bouillon - 2,4 L.
  • salt - 18 gr.
  • pepper - 0,5 gr.
  • pork (кribs) - 830 gr.
  • garlic - 38 gr.
  • green-stuff to taste
