Kremzlyky (Potato Pancakes) Stuffed with Mushrooms

Mass for potato pancakes
In a large bowl, mix peeled and grated potatoes and grated onion. Add flour, eggs, salt, and pepper and mix well. Heat oil in a skillet and when hot drop large spoonfuls of the mixture; cook until browned on one side, and then flip them and repeat. When done, remove and drain. Serve warm with mushroom sour cream sauce.

Mushroom Sour Cream Sauce
Cook mushroom broth. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions. Cook until softened. Add mushrooms. Cook while stirring for 3 to 5 minutes. Push mushrooms to the side and stir flour into butter. Add hot mushroom broth. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes. Season with salt and drain the mixture. Add sautéed onions with mushrooms. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When the sauce is ready, add sour cream, mix and bring to the boil.

  • flour - 65 gr.
  • eggs - 1,5 pcs

Mushroom Sour Cream Sauce:
  • dried ceps - 15 gr.
  • mushroom broth - 400 gr.
  • artificial butter - 35,5 gr.
  • wheat flour - 20 gr.
  • onions - 125 gr.
  • butter - 10 gr.
