Peasant's lard

Cut bacon, chaps and pig fat into cubes and fry. At the end, add the chopped onion and garlic. After cooling, mince and add the spices.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of smoked bacon
0.5 kg of raw chaps
0.5 kg of pig fat
3 onions
1 head of garlic
spices
