Peasant's lard

Cut bacon, chaps and pig fat into cubes and fry. At the end, add the chopped onion and garlic. After cooling, mince and add the spices.
0.5 kg of smoked bacon
0.5 kg of raw chaps
0.5 kg of pig fat
3 onions
1 head of garlic
