Pancakes with russets

Mix the eggs, adding gradually milk, water, salt, sugar and flour. The batter should have consistency of cream. Wash, peel and cut the apples into pieces and put them into a saucepan. Pour water, add sugar and cook over low heat, covered, occasionally stirring. Finally, add cinnamon. Spread the apples onthe fried pancakes and fold them into triangles.Place the pancake on a baking tin, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with fine bread crumbs and bake a while until they are browned at the top.
Ingredients:
Batter:
2 eggs
20 grams of flour
1/4 l milk
1/4 l of water (can be sparkling - to make the batter fluffier)
pinch of salt and sugar
frying fat
Filling:
6-8 russet apples
sugar to taste
5-6 tablespoons water
cinnamon
butter, bread crumbs for baking
