Apple strudel

Knead the dough from the flour, eggs, oil and salt (like for pasta). Knead for 10 minutes so it takes on the air. Leave covered for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Spread grated apples land sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Fold the dough into the roulade, put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake until golden brown After cooling, sprinkle with caster sugar.

70 g butter
50 g raisins
100 g sugar
