BAKED APPLE WITH CUSTARD

Wash the apples and remove the cores. Stuff with cranberry jam, raisins and nuts. Bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Boil 3/4 of the milk and mix the remaining milk with the flour, cornstarch, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook until mixture thickens. Pour the custard over baked apples.

0.5 litre milk
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp potato starch
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
vanilla
