DUCK BREAST IN RED CABBAGE

Chop the cabbage and cook in butter until soft. Add the grated apple and season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Fry the duck breast on the pan (skin downwards) and fry until golden brown, then put in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.

0.5 kg of red cabbage
1 apple
