Combine flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, butter, lard, cream and egg yolks and knead until smooth. Divide the dough in half. Wrap one half in foil and place in the fridge to cool. Use the other half of the dough to form the bottom of the pie in a baking tray, previously covered with a little oil and breadcrumbs. Peel and grate the apples, squeeze the excess juice, then add sugar and cinnamon and spread the on the bottom layer of the dough. Grate the other half of the dough on a coarse grater sprinkling the top of the pie. Put the whole in the oven at 160 º C for 60 minutes.
