Mix the yeast with a spoon of sugar, flour and warm milk. Allow to rise. Mix the sieved flour with sugar, add whisked eggs, and knead adding warm milk and the yeast mixture. Finally, add the melted butter and knead until the dough stops sticking. Leave to rise.
Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut into cubes. Roast them on a pan, add sugar to taste. Roll out the dough so it is about 10 cm wider than the baking tin. Place it in a tin, spread the apples, fold the protruding parts on top of the cake, spread some eggwhite. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
