PIEROGIS WITH MILLET GRAOTS

Pour boiling water over the groats and cook them al dente. Then cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil. Together with cottage cheese add it to the cooked groats and mix, seasoning spices to taste. Knead the dough with flour and eggs, with the addition of water, roll out and cut out circles or squares. Stuff the dumplings and stick the edges together. Cook in boiling water, lightly salted for several minutes and drain. Cut smoked bacon into small cubes and melt on a frying pan. Sprinkle the dumplings with bacon and serve.
Ingredients:
350 grams of flour
1 egg
200 grams of millet groats
200 grams of curd cheese
100 grams of onion
salt, pepper, marjoram, oil
100 grams smoked bacon
