CHICKEN IN LUMINI WINE

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle chunks of chicken with salt, pepper and put them on the pan. Fry on all sides, add the thyme leaves and the wine and set it on flames. In a second saucepan heat the butter, add the chopped shallots and sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender. Add the chicken and simmer together about 15 minutes. Add chopped parsley and pour the cream mixed with flour.
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
thyme
250 ml white wine Lumini (Płochockich Vineyard )
250 g fresh forest mushrooms
250 ml double cream
2 shallots
bunch of green parsley
