LARD SPREAD
Dice the ingredients. Fry the pork fat first simmer until the sctratchinng turn golden brown . Then add the pork chap, bacon, apples onions, and garlic. When the onion is golden, remove from heat. After cooling pour into an earthenware pot. Serve with rye bread and pickles.
1 kg of pork fat without skin
500 g pork chap
200 g smoked bacon
2-3 large onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 apples
salt and pepper
