Vegetable stock with zlepieńce (dumplings)

Boil vegetables in 3 liters of water for the broth. Season to taste, pour 1 liter of sauerkraut juice, bring it to boiling. Then add the cumin and season to taste. Get it in to boiling again. Mince the meat for stuffing. After that make dough for dumplings. Form the semicircular dumplings and cook them in boiling water. Put dumplings into small bowls and pour the broth over them. Then add pork scratchings, sprinkle with dill and serve the dish.
- vegetables for the stock: carrots, parsley, celery, leek
- spices, bay leaf, cumin
- pork scratchings
- sauerkraut juice 1l
- 1 kg of pork for dumplings stuffing
- flour
- water
