Fried Milicz carp

Rinse carp pieces well, then coat with flour or bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden. Add salt and pepper. Put the carp on a plate and decorate with vegetables. To get rid of possible slime taste and smell, dressed carp should be layered with slices of raw onion and put in the refigerator one day befor frying it. It tastes delicious with fried onions!

- oil or lard for frying
- optionally onions, vegetables for decoration
