Milicki smoked carp

Cut the carp into semi-slices and soak for several hours in a solution of water and salt. After taking out the fish, rub it with freshly crushed garlic. Hot smoke the fish with the use of hardwood. Smoked carp can be served both hot, right after smoking, or cold.
Ingredients:
- Milicz carp
- garlic
- water
- salt.
