Chicken soup with paprika

Boil portions of chicken and duck, then pour off the water and rinse the meat, cover again with water, add all the vegetables and spices. Simmer for about 5 hours. The finished soup served with homemade pasta, yellow peppers, carrots and fresh parsley.

In the district of Boleslawiec lives many returnees in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, for which the pepper is an ingredient in many traditional dishes.
Ingredients:
(Recipe for 4 servings)
• 150 g portionof chicken
• 150 g portion of duck
• 200 g leek
• 200 g carrot
• 250 g celery
• 100 g of a yellow peppers
• 1 bunch of parsley
• pepper, salt
