Leg of goose

Legs rub spices and a little oil and leave it for about 4 hours. Pickled legs put on the badge and wrap prunes,dried apricots, sliced apple into quarters, pour broth. Bake in two phases, about 1.5 hours at a temperature of 160 degrees C and then increase the temperature to 180-190 degrees C. Bake until golden brown.
Ingredients:
• 2 legs of geese
• 50g of dried plums
• 50g dried apricots
• 1 medium apple
• salt
• pepper
• marjoram
• oil
• cup of vegetable broth

Ingredients for 1 liter of vegetable broth:
• 200 g carrots
• 150 g of parsley
• 100 g celery
• 150 g leeks
• 1 bunch of parsley
• salt to taste
