Organic sauerkraut juice

Cut into slices fresh organic cabbage, sprinkling all the time with rock salt, then the go through the process of fermentation in silos, that takes about 40 days, after fermenting, pull out cabbage and squeeze out the juice on hydraulic presses, pour the juice into bottles and pasteurized.
