Spuž rustic way (for 4 persons)

The fire on a hearth put a pan with olive oil. In hot oil, add chopped shallots. saute lightly 2-3 minutes and add snails who previously cooked and cleaned from the house. Snails saute with shallots for 2-3 minutes, and add beaten eggs. Add bacon and spices. When the eggs are done, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Ingredients:
200 cleaned, cooked snails
1 bunch shallots
4 eggs
50 g bacon
0.5 dl olive oil,
parsley
salt
pepper
