Capon soup

Boil domestic beers grown outdoors minimum age 6 months and weighing approx. 3 kg. In the water we put fresh vegetables (peppers, celery, carrot, onion) and spices (pepper, salt), and cook 75 minutes. Ocjedimo soup. Cook the soup homemade noodles.
Ingredients:
capon approximately 3 kg
fresh vegetables (peppers, celery, carrots .kapula (onion)
salt and pepper
