CETINSKI UŠTIPCI

Mix all ingredients together to make dough.
Meanwhile,heat the oil into a pan ,about 1 cm.
Pour out the dough for uštipci lengthwise into hot oil.When the uštipci become brown on the both sides,take them out of the oil and leave them to drain.
Ingredients:
flour
half water, half milk
salt
little grape brandy
1 egg
oil for frying
