CHICK-PEAS AND BARLEY

Pre-soak chick-peas in cold water .Cook together in salt cold water with early cooked barley.
Add chopped carrot, onion, parsley and garlic. Salt and put some pepper and Vegeta and oil.Cook over a medium heat, until the chick-peas and barley are ready and half of the water has evaporated .While cooking, do not mix.
