ZELJENIK

Knead the dough out of the flour,salt and water . Divide into two equal parts and roll both out into thin round layers.

Cabbage grated and salt and spread over one of the dough discs.Cover with the other disk and fold at the edges to prevent from falling out. Bake 15-20 minutes on a hearth.Cover with the baking lid.Pile cinders and hot ash on around the baking lid .
When the ZELJENIK is done coat the top layer with oil and garlic.Slice into pieces , rhomboids,and serve.
