BUZZARA Mussels/ STEWED MUSSELS

* Wash and clean the mussels



Finely chop the garlic and stew in olive oil for about 30 seconds. Add mashed peeled tomatoes on garlic and sugar so tomato sauce would not be sour and let it cook until it begins to boil. Add mussels and cover and cook until the mussels open. When the mussels have opened, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, pour the wine and let stew for 2-3 minutes to boil. Sprinkle with a few spoonful of bread crumbs. Do not salt the stew cred because of the sea in a shell gives salinity, possibly put a little pepper. The completed stew serve in the deeper vessels because of sauce.


Ingredients:


• 1 kg of mussels
• 1/2 head garlic
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 0.5 l passaged tomato
• 1 dl of white wine
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 teaspoons breadcrumbs
• 2 teaspoons sugar
