MUSSEL STEW
Fry the grated onion in olive oil, add garlic and finely chopped parsley. Then add the cleaned mussels, pour the white wine and let it cook covered. Mussels are cooked when they open. Add spices and breadcrumbs if necessary.

• olive oil (0.01 dcl)
• onion (1 pc)
• garlic (optionally)
• fresh parsley (2 tablespoons)
• white wine (0.2 dcl)
