Cook ham together with root vegetables and spices. When the ham is cooked, leave it to cool in the same liquid in which it was cooked. Meanwhile, knead the dough: add yeast, warm milk, egg yolk, oil and salt to flour. Leave the dough to settle for half an hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, put cooked, cooled ham and wrap it in the dough. Coat the dough with egg whites and bake 45 min at 180o C.
