Whisk the eggs, add the yogurt, rum, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and leave it to settle for 15 min. Then heat the oil, grab some dough using tablespoon and lower it in oil. When you are finished with frying, sprinkle fritters with powdered sugar.
