Mashed Eggplant

Grill the eggplants on the ember and peel the skin and remove them. Put the eggplants into a bowl and add lemon juice,garlic,strained yoghurt ,salt. Mix all the ingredients in a bow adn then mash them by fork. Mashed Eggplant is ready for the service.

1 kg eggplant
300 g Strained yogurt
40 g garlic
50 g lemon juice
50 g Olive oil
10 g Salt
