Black Eyed Peas Salad
Put boiled black eyed peas in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion,garlic,green pepper and parsley into the bowl and mix them. Add olive oil, pomegranate, salt and pepper as you wish. Put the mixture into the service plate and serve with sliced eggs.
300g black-eyed peas
50 g onion
10 g garlic
50 g green pepper
50 g pomegranate sauce
50 g Olive oil
Half a bunch of Parsleyand parsley
