Halva ( Flour halva)
Cook the flour and the butter, stir them until they have become dark brown. Add the nuts into it.
By the way, boil the sugar and water in another pot and add it into the flour mixture slowly and keep stiring. When the flour mixture get all the sugary water in, Halva is ready for the service.
Halva is served hot or cold and hazelnuts on it.

50 g hazelnut
50 g walnut
400g granulated sugar
500 g Water
