SEA BASS with ALMOND from Alanya, Turkey

SEA BASS with ALMOND

Grated tomato is sauted with garlic and onion. Spices are added. All of them are added on to the fillet. Almond is grated on the stale bread and baked for 15 minutes. Patience dock is sauted with olive oil. Sea bass is served on the patience dock.

Ingredients:
200 g sea bass fillet
30 g almonds
30 g Tomato
30 g Onion
1 clove of a garlic
50 g Patience dock
Salt
Black pepper
Basil
20 g Stale bread
10g Butter
15 g Olive oil
