ALMOND COOKIE with CARAMEL SYRUP and TAHINI MOUSSE IN CHOCOLATE FLOWER

How to make mousse: All the ingredients are mixed in a bowl and mousse is ready.

How to make cookie: Margarin and confectionery sugar are mixed together. Add eggs and mix again. All the ingredients are added and mixed and baked.

How to make presentation: sugar are caramelised in a pan. Butter and cream are added. Chocolate is melted and shaped as leaf and served.

For mousse;
150 g Strained yogurt
50 g Cream
Lemon, 1 slice grated and juice
40 g Sugar
50 g Tahini
1 g Vanilla

For cookie;
100 g Margarine
100 g Confectionery sugar
2 eggs
200 g Flour 200gr
10 g Red food colouring
2 g Baking soda
50 g Powder almond

Presentation:
200 g Chocolate
150 g Sugar
100 g Cream
40 g Butter
