NUT PUMKIN RIPE in LIME

Lime is added into 2 liters of water and waited. The water which comes on the upside of this mix is used and pumkins are putted into this water, waited for 2 hours. It could wait longer. Pumkins are washedand then cooked with 600 ml water, sugar, cinnemon.

Serve with tahini, clotted cream and walnut.

Pumkin 600 g (peeled and sliced)
Salt of lemon 2 g
Tahini 150 g
Walnut 50 g
Clotted cream 50 g
Sugar 500 g
Water 600 m
Cinnemon (1 crust)
Unhydrated lime 200 g
Water 2 liters
