STEAMED SARNIÇ WITH GÖLEVİZ AND CHARD LEAVES
Grida fish fillet should be marinated in lemon, pepper powder and olive oil. After being waited for 3 hours should be grilled in a plate. Peel göleviz and cut in cubes and then boil it a bit.
Pearl onions should be sauteed. Add to onions pepper paste and put warm water in it and boil. İn the middle of a pot put fish and sauce, let it be ready during 15 minutes in a oven (160 degrees).
Now it is ready to be served.
