WILD BEET SOUP
First of all you must wash the beets and be sure they are totally clean. Chop the beets and place them into a pan. Add olive oil, tomato paste and lemon juice on beets and cook them alltogether for 45 min. When the time is up, add cold water and cracked wheats and cook for 45 min. more.
P.S : If you cook more than 45 min (after adding creacked wheat), the soup gets a bitterish taste

100 g tomato sauce,
250 g cracked wheat
200 g olive oil.
