GÜLÜKLÜ SOUP WITH CHICKEN BROTH (ALANYA)

Boil the chicken breast, separate left the water for using it again later. Separate chicken breast into tiny ravels. Add salt and black pepper to minced meat and knead well, Roll minced meat and prepare meatballs as big as chickpea size. ( this meatballs are called Gülük, and also gives the soup's name ) Fry meatballs (gülük) and let them to cool down.

Add margarine in the pot. Peel the shells of tomatoes and grate them into the pot too and then start to fry them for a short time. Add mint, tomato paste and black pepper. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 3 glasses more water. Add rice when you boil. Add cooked chicken meat and boiled chickpeas and cook them. Finally you can add the fried meatballs. Bon Appetit..

2 tablespoons margarine
1 tomato
1 small piece of chicken breast
1 teaspoon boiled chickpeas
1 desertspoonful tomato paste
1 desertspoonful dried mint
1 desertspoonful black pepper
100 gr minced meat
salt (desetspoonful)
100 gr vegetable oil (for frying meatball - gülük)
rice ( about 1 coffee cup)
