PUMPKIN FLOWER DOLMA (ALANYA) from Alanya, Turkey

PUMPKIN FLOWER DOLMA (ALANYA)

You will put the pumpkin flowers in a bowl, dip it into the water and wash it without damaging it, turning it upside down to drain the water. Chop onion very tiny. Wash the brass well. Place in a bowl of warm water in the currants, stand for 10-15 minutes, remove the garbage in the water, filter. Wash dill, throw thick stalks, shred fine. Add 3 spoons of olive oil to the pot and add onion and peanut. Continue to scoop the rice with a spoon until it has a clear appearance. Add about 1 centimeter of hot water and salt over the rice, cover the lid and cook the water until it is pulled. Mix ash from the fire, fresh green pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, powdered sugar and dill. Take the drained zucchini flowers in your pouch, open the top leaves with a bruise, fill them tightly with a small wooden spoon, fold the ends of the leaves together, and fill the pots side by side so that there is no space between them.
Put as much hot water as you can in half of the stuff, cover on a porcelain plate, cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Remove the porcelain plate when you open the cover, pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, close it and let it cool in the pan. Pumpkin bushes are very fragile, so do not throw them out when you are washing or when they are getting full. Be careful not to disturb the shapes while the dolls are cooled and then removed from the pot. Bon Appetit..
