PURSLANE WITH YOGURT
Wash purslane bunches well and clean the leaves from plant. Do not use knife while cleaning. Add condensed yogurt, crushed garlics, salt on purslane leaves and mix them all together gently. Place on a platter.
Melt butter in a pan till bubbles come out, add red pepper flakes on it slowly.
Add pepper&butter mixture as dressing before you serve.

1 kg condensed yogurt
4 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt
For dressing:
1 tablespoon butter
1 coffeespoon red pepper flakes
