TARO ROOT MEAL
Do not wash the taro roots and peel them first while they are dry. And notch them into pieces by a knife. Do not cut the roots directly otherwise a kind of goopy fluid may come out of root.
Place the notched root pieces into a deep pot and slice lemons on them and chafe well, wash with plenty of water.
Meanwhile heat a deep steel cooker, add meat cubes in it, roast them till they get a nice brown color. Add butter, olive oil and sliced onions on roasted meat and keep cooking till onions are cooked too. Add grated tomatoes, tomato paste and powdered red pepper into the cooker. Roast all the ingredients some more. Add water, salt too and when it started to boil; add taro roots, boiled chickpeas and some lemon juice and cook some more. Control the roots if they get are soften enough. If they are time to eat!! Bon apetit!

1.5 kg taro roots
1 cup of boiled chickpeas
500 gr meat cubes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
1 coffeespoon powdered red pepper
2 coffeespoons salt
6 glass of water
