KEBAB WITH AVOCADO SAUCE
Lamb meat is slivered into minced meat. Minced meat is skewered and then grilled. On the other hand, avocado and garlic are crushed in a bowl and mixed. Lemon juice is added on garlic and avocado mixture afterwards. First, avocado sauce is placed on plate and then kebab placed on sauce.
