PLAIN DONER KEBAB SERVED WITH RICE PILAF
Preparation of Doner Kebab: First of all we would like to inform you about our Doner Kebab’s meat. We use breast of lamb and leg of veal to prepare the kebab’s meat. Lamb and Veal meats are sliced and then marinated in our special sauce for a night. The next day, the marinated meats are placed on kebab Doner Kebab is cooked slowly by wood fire.
To serve: Rice Pilaf is placed on a copper plate and 120 gr Doner Kebab is placed on pilaf. Boiling butter is added on Doner & Pilaf afterwards according to the customer's will.

We have been using this recipe since 80's when we first moved to Alanya. Since then we still save the original recipe which is a heritage from our Uncle Mola Şişman and Dad Mustafa ERŞAHAN.
