BUTTERED LAMB LIVER
Cut liver into tiny slices. Place butter in a pan and fry liver slices within butter approximetly 7 min. When liver slices are cooked, add salt and pepper. For dishing up, buttered liver slices are placed in a traditional copper plate and served with fine coal underneath the pan.
