PLAIN DONER KEBAB SERVED WITH YOGURT
Preparation of Doner: First of all we would like to inform you about our Doner Kebab’s meat. We use breast of lamb and leg of veal to prepare the kebab’s meat. Lamb and Veal meats are sliced and then marinated in our special sauce for a night. The next day, the marinated meats are placed on kebab skewer. Doner Kebab is cooked slowly by wood fire.
120 gr cooked Doner Kebab is placed on a traditional copper plate and a special tomato sauce is added on Doner. Strained yogurt is placed next to Doner and served. Boiling butter is added on Doner (Iskender) afterwards according to the costumer’s will.

We have been using this recipe since 80's when we first moved to Alanya. Since then we still save the original recipe which is a heritage from our Uncle Mola Şişman and Dad Mustafa ERŞAHAN.
The recipe is exactly the same as the recipe has been using in Alanya since 80’s.

Pide (round and flat Turkish bread)
Boiling Butter (preferably)
