ANATOLIA BURGER

In a sauce bowl; cream and cheddar cheese, salt and pepper are added and boiled for about 2 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt and black pepper on the minced meat and knead them all for 10 minutes and slice into 2 equal pieces. Roll and shape as a hamburger meatball. Then grill the burger meatballs.

Meanwhile, caramelize the onion rings in a pan.

First of all, place caramelized onion rings in burger bread. Then grilled meatballs, boiled cream and finally Turkish Sytle Sausages are placed. Now burger is ready to be served. Our burger is served with salad and fried chips as a menu.
