LAMB CHOPS

The lamb chop is divided into 4 chopsteaks.
Olive oil, 1 sprig of rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, red pepper powder are mixed together with a bowl.
The chopsteaks are covered with this sauce and cooked on the grill.

To serve the dish; rice pilaf, salad or potato fries are added on platter due to order.

350 gr Lamb Chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
Thyme
Salt
Black pepper
Red powdered pepper
