SİGARA BOREK ( deep fried rolls with cheese filling)

The filo pastry is divided into 8 equal parts.
Feta cheese and parsley are made mixed together to get a filling mixture.
Filling mixture is divided equally on filo pastries and rolled. Now you have ''Borek''. Fry rolled pastries in hot oil for 5 minutes.
