BEET HUMUS
All materials except spicesitahini and olive oil, are smashed and mixed together. And then spices and olive oil as much as you desire are added into mixture.
The mixed ingredients are passed through a fine strainer. As a last step, tahini is added and mixed until the Humus gets a smooth surface and creamy texture.
